Heroes Among Us is a six-month speaker series that runs from May to October. It features veterans of every service branch and generation, hosted by the local Marine Corps League J. R. Spears Detachment #066 at the Pensacola Veterans Memorial Park on the last Thursday of each month, in order to support the Marines in Distress Fund established by the Marine Corps League to help veterans in need. This need may be anything from medical needs to helping pay rent. Show time is 6 pm.
